The Gâteau Chocolate cake became an instant hit. At trade shows and tasting events. 

Brief: 2FOODS is a Japanese plant-based lifestyle brand blending innovation, pop culture, and culinary craftsmanship to bring joyful food experiences to the world.

As 2FOODS expanded from Japan to the U.S.,

we created a vibrant brand platform around the flagship Gâteau Chocolate to win hearts, tastebuds - and wholesale interest - at shows and live events.

My Role: Creative Director - led brand/platform strategy, conference/exhibition & event collateral, visual direction, and launch content; directed the look/flow for trade-show activations and tastings; designed a food-expo booth and coordinated production with partners.

  • Trade-show booth (modular) - welcoming tasting bar, product pedestal, hidden storage; clear line-of-sight to hero product and claims. (Designed and coordinated production.)

  • Sampling program - for Expo West and Vegan Women Summit.

  • B2B buyer kit - sell-in deck, pricing sheets, spec one-pagers; branded lead-capture form (digital + paper).

  • Conference-ready assets - large-format headers, aisle flags, motion loops, product story wall.
